It has been designed in a way that captures the work cycle right from creating the request to execution of the request by the respective hierarchy of users. It enables access to users from two layers in the hierarchy where the user from the first (primary) layer assigns task to the users of secondary layer for the execution of the tasks. Also, there is a reporting panel for the admin to visualize a report on the status of user’s action. A fine color code has been used to notify the individual user about their action based on their role in the service team. Hence, the color code helps in the easy recognition of unattained tasks which helps the supervisor in an accurate tracking of the activities.
